Refund policy

Returns 

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be

  • Expired
  • Opened upon receipt
  • Incorrect Items; these items must be unused and it must also be in the original packaging.

Unfortunately we cannot exchange these items if these requirements are not met.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Items being returned based on any other reason, other than the ones listed. Such customer will have to pay for the cost of the shipment of the goods to The Phezulu Phambili Collective (Pty) Ltd.

Should an item be damaged during the courier process, a complaint must be lodged within 24hours of receipt. A complaint will be lodged with the courier company for investigation. The Phezulu Phambili Collective will not be held liable for damages. Should the Courier company accept responsibility, the value of the damaged product will be refunded to the customer in terms of EFT or Gift Voucher.

 

Refund

Once the returned goods are received and inspected, an email will be sent to notify the customer on the approval or rejection of the refund.
If the refund is approved, a refund will be made into the bank account of the customer, for the item/items of which was returned. If the refund is declined, an email will be sent to the customer, notifying them with reason to why.

Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

No refunds will be considered if opened deliberately.
